  • Are Estimates Free of Charge?
    Getting a quote is easy! We offer free consultations by phone, email, or even video chat for your convenience. For larger projects, we're happy to provide a free in-person quote as well.
  • What is Your Hourly Rate?
    We do not charge hourly rates, we charge by the job. Since every service is different and requires a different set of skills, we found charging by the job to be more convienent for our clients.
  • Do I Provide the Materials?
    We'll handle sourcing all the materials you need. We'll work closely with you to choose finishes that perfectly match your style and create a final product you'll love.
  • How Do I Pay for the Services?
    We offer several convenient payment options to suit your needs: Cash Cheque E-transfer To make the payment process smooth: For some projects, we may require a deposit upfront to secure your spot on our schedule. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the service. We'll be sure to discuss payment details clearly before we begin any work.
  • Is JCJ Residential Services Insured?
    Yes! We are insured with general liability insurance to protect us and you.
  • Do I Need to be There?
    We prefer that the client be at the property, however, we also understand that isn't always possible. You will need to provide us with access to the property if you cannot attend.
