Oh Hi!

My name is Joe Teichroeb, I am a Partner, and Head Technician at JCJ Residential Services. I have over fifteen years of experience in different trades, from plumbing to construction management. I currently own a Home Inspection business, in addition to JCJ Residential, called Just Call Joe Inspections.

I enjoy working with homeowners to help bring their vision to life. I work on small jobs such as fixing drywall, all the way to renovations such as finishing basements.

My mission is that every client I serve trusts us and the work that we do.

My name is Julia Teichroeb, I am a Partner here at JCJ Residential Services. I have over fifteen years of experience in business management. I will be your first point of contact when you call or email us, and likely your last point of contact at the end of your service.

I consider myself a people person, and I love to chat, so if you have any questions I am for sure your gal!

In addition to being a Partner at JCJ, I co-own another business and I am an Instructor at ACC. I am also as involved in the community as much as I can be, I sit on the ACC Alumni Association Board, am the President of the Souris CoC, and I coach & organize Alexander Spring Sports!
I am also a Mom of two; Wrenley who is four, and Roxie who is one!
