About Us

JCJ Residential Services is a family-owned and operated business based out of Alexander, MB, approximately fifteen minutes from Brandon.

JCJ Residential was opened in 2024 when we saw a need in the market for those who either didn't have the time or didn't have the expertise to handle small home projects and maintenance. We saw a lot of frustrated homeowners who couldn't seem to get someone out to quote on "small jobs" let alone actually come out and do them.

Joe, our Head Home Service Technician, has over fifteen years of experience in different trades, including being a CPI (Certified Professional Inspector) over the last couple of years. Joe is a partner at Just Call Joe Inspections. He has always worked as a “Joe of all trades” as we like to call it. Joe believes that it is his experience in different trades that gives him an advantage in completing small jobs, and jobs that require different trade expertise. Joe is passionate about making sure our clients understand what is going on in their home. It is his hope that every client trusts us in their home, and trusts the work that we do. Joe is always furthering his education through different programs, and with his experiences as a Home Inspector, making sure that the most up-to-date practices are being used in your home.

Julia, our Business Operations Partner, has over fifteen years of experience in business operations. She is the owner of Just Call Julia Marketing & HR, a Partner at Just Call Joe Inspections, and an Instructor at Assiniboine Community College in Brandon, MB. Julia was born and raised in Brandon, MB, keeping her connections here strong, she sits on the ACC Alumni Association Board and is the President of the Souris & Glenwood Chamber of Commerce.

Julia does everything business for our business, from being the first point of contact when booking, to being our accountant, and social media/website manager. She is the backbone of JCJ Residential.

Our solid reputation is a testament to our dedication to our clients. We would not be able to do what we do without the support of our clients and our community.
